MY OKR Project

My OKR Project is a service I provide to help people and teams implement, roll-out, and maintain OKR use for professional or organizational management. OKRs promote ambitious goal setting and encourage achievement, while bringing a positive coaching culture to teams, organizations, and individuals who want to achieve excellence.

MY OKR Project provides the technology and coaching you need to make OKRs successful. You get your own OKR Dashboard track your progress, and a dedicated Slack channel for talking about your goals and staying in touch with team members. Regular coaching and feedback is built in to help you learn and stay energized as you reach for your goals.

Individuals, small teams, and start ups all benefit from joining MY OKR. It’s a flexible way to promote and sustain positivity and high performance as you and your organization grow.

OKR Services for Teams

I offer customized OKR solutions for teams and organizations. The goal is to have a functioning OKR system in place that is internally sustainable within 2-4 quarters.

Implementation begins with a strategy review that clarifies the outcomes you are looking for. It is best for OKRs to start with upper management or the manager of the team looking for implementation. Roll out to lower levels often happens in a quarter or two.

I offer guidance and feedback as management articulates OKRs that inspire engagement and encourage alignment throughout the team. I will help setting up dashboards, systems for transparency, and OKRs that visually cascade down and connect across the organization.

The goal for teams is to implement OKR systems that are self-perpetuating and maximizing achievement. This can take 2-4 quarters.

Emotional Intelligence Coaching

I offer emotional intelligence coaching for clients who are looking for more success. This includes:

  • Clients who want to find a new job with more responsibility (includes use of emotional intelligence for resumes, other application materials, interviews, and bargaining)
  • Clients who have a new position and want to become quickly attuned to the nuances of the people and goals operating in their new team.
  • Clients who want to increase their connection, effectiveness, and impact with people above and below them in an organization or with other stakeholders (governing boards, clients, vendors, diverse team members, and others)
  • Clients looking to implement changes in their organization successfully, including creating environments for more innovation, transitioning to new leadership, increasing performance within teams and among high-potential team members.
  • Clients who want emotional and business support for succession planning and for building leaders within their organization

Leadership and Executive Coaching

Leaders are people who decide to lead. They use skills and behaviors they have acquired through experience to engage other people’s imaginations and emotions, and get others to believe in them and their mission. No one can make you a leader but you.

I offer leadership coaching for clients who want to quickly develop the behaviors and skills that will help them become better leaders. As your business coach, I guide you as you seek out the skills and experiences that will make you a better leader.

I can help you learn current best practices for managing teams and developing talent in your organization. My approach is evidence-based and backed by over 60 years of research by Korn Ferry. In leadership coaching sessions, we will identify and develop the skills and behaviors you need to become a better leader.

Communications Coaching for Leadership
