MY OKR Project for Teams

Inspire. Engage. Align. Manage.

OKR’s are a powerful team management tool.

They inspire team alignment and focus employee engagement. They can help you manage and sustain high expectations for yourself and your team over the long haul.

But OKRs aren’t always powerful. When they are not done well, they can be another meaningless exercise, more busyness with few results.

If you think OKRs might be right for your team, the next step is to explore your options for adoption, roll-out, and execution. Best practices call for hiring a point person to create a strategy and manage implementation.

Of course, for small or early stage companies, there are a lot of reasons a full-time employee for OKRs is not feasible. Even if a strategy to align and focus employee engagement is urgent, it can still be less urgent than other needs. Smaller teams engaged in innovation within larger corporations might not have authority to hire. Let’s face it, for large and small organizations, hiring a full time employee takes a lot of resources and carries risks.

My OKR project is designed to offer the OKR services you need as a small company, small team, or start up. You can get the all the benefits of OKR for a much lower costs and lower risk than hiring a full-time employee.

I can provide:
